You can dial directly from your list of contacts in Microsoft Teams. Slide your mouse over the contact name and choose how you wish to get in touch.
If both you and the person you call use MS Teams, you can easily switch to video calling by clicking on the camera icon. If the person you call does not have Microsoft Teams, then they can download this feature without charge.
It has never been so easy to set up a conference call. Simply click on the contacts you wish to invite to the conversation, and start the call.
